Hotel parking

Register your carusing the instructions in your arrival email

Hotel parking is included for direct bookings on the hotel website once the permit is confirmed. For other bookings, premium parking costs DKK 50 per day.

  1. Open the parking instructions in your arrival email.
  2. Register the correct number plate and dates.
  3. Check the parking add-on and confirmed permit before leaving the car.

A saved number plate or payment alone is not a confirmed permit. If you booked direct but are asked to pay, email the hotel before buying parking again.

Public parking

Freein the municipal spaces at Kasernen

The hotel’s number-plate registration is not required here. The private areas of the hotel, SALEN and Sergenten are not municipal spaces.

  1. Use the municipality’s map to orient yourself.
  2. Check the signs at the space you choose.
  3. Follow local restrictions and reserved-space signs.

No municipal parking space is reserved with your hotel booking.

The permit must cover the full parking period. Extending your hotel stay does not automatically extend parking.

Find your confirmed permit and keep it. Follow the instructions in your arrival email.

Parking questions

For problems with the hotel’s registration instructions, email your booking reference, dates and number plate. Do not send card details. Parking charges and third-party apps are handled by the provider.

I use EasyPark, OK or another app.

EasyPark, OK and other third-party apps have their own terms. The hotel does not provide support for these apps, accounts or payments. Contact the app provider. Check the zone and signs; app payment does not replace the hotel’s number-plate registration.

I have received a parking charge.

The parking area is operated and enforced by a third party under the applicable rules. If you believe the charge is incorrect, follow the appeal instructions and deadlines on the notice. Address your appeal to the issuer.

I have not received the email.

Check your inbox and spam folder. If no email has arrived, there is a QR code on the check-in screen in reception. If you have problems, email the hotel.

Can I charge my electric car?

Yes, EV charging is available. Follow the instructions at the charging point. Charging and parking are separate services; your number plate still needs to be registered.

I have a trailer, large vehicle or need an accessible space.

Email before arrival to clarify space and registration. Follow the signs for accessible parking. The hotel has no guest lift; for step-free access, we recommend an accessible room. Please confirm your access needs before booking.
